A Thousand Goodbyes

Ok, this one hurt. It hurt bad. I knew it wouldn't last. I knew it was only temporary. But this one hurt. I've fallen in love with Colorado and since we're roamers, I'm going to claim this as my home. These were the most impactful 2 years of our lives. There was some ugly- really ugly, but between the friends, the mountains and everything else that makes this place so special, there was great. So, with one week to go, we started saying goodbye.

Goodbye 14ers. He had to make it an even 20 with Bierstadt & Evans.

Goodbye Youlls.

Goodbye Salford Lane. I owe so much to my dear friend Suanne for keeping the boys these 2 days. They may have a new family otherwise ;).

Goodbye our babysitter, Mollee.

Goodbye Kelsey & Miles.

Goodbye everything we own in a truck.

Goodbye Natalie, Mackenzie, Andrew & Jake.

Goodbye Matt & Rachel, David & Christina.

Goodbye Outback. We'll see you in Seoul when you finally get here.

Goodbye regular nap schedule, decently pleasant children & mom's cool.

Goodbye Grant's precious "bff" Laura.

Goodbye Highlands Ranch Mansion.

Goodbye Blue House. You'll be happy to hear that I found the exterior paint & painted a little picture frame blue so the boys could always have a piece of Blue House.

Goodbye Gianna & Anthony.

Goodbye Pikes Peak (& the Alperts again).

Goodbye Colorado wildlife. Thanks for the awesome pose.

Goodbye car. Uncle Jimmy & Aunt Sarah bought our Suburban & took it to it's new home in Portland.

Goodbye Jared & Suanne (and a yummy goodbye cookie too).

Goodbye Denver friends.

Goodbye book club.

Goodbye Pierre Michels- the best French bakery outside of Paris!

Goodbye dear Ms. Sam.

Goodbye our other babysitter Bre.

Goodbye St. Lukes.

Goodbye Cecilia & Miranda.

Goodbye Daniels Park.

Goodbye Sonic.

And goodbye one more time Daniels Park at sunset.

Goodbye Mt. Evans. I will miss Hayden telling you good morning every day.

Goodbye Denver. Colorado. America. Everything.

Goodbye Rocky Mountains, sniff sniff.

And hello Seoul! Let the jetlag begin!!!
