Earlier this month Brent ran the Muddy Trails 5k Trail Run here in The Woodlands with his dad and friend, Kent. The event was also a crawfish boil and had games for the kiddos so we all went to cheer the guys on. Brent did this race last year and beat his previous time this year! The next weekend I ran my first 5k. I may not be the best or fastest runner, but it was a big accomplishment for me after having the boys. Brent ran with me and even let me cross the finish line 7 seconds before him! There are some pics below from Brent's event, but none from the one we ran together since no one was there to take any.
