Happy Easter! We started our weekend with a "Mommy & Grant special day". Shortly after the boys were born and Grant would be needing my attention or hanging on me while I was trying to feed one of the boys, I would tell him "this is brother's special time and when I'm done then it can be your special time". That is something that has stuck and every now and then I want to do a little more than the 10 minute "special times" we have here and there. So, on Saturday Grant & I went to see Rio. It was a cute movie and he sat there and ate his popcorn and watched the whole movie like a true big boy! It was so much fun spending a few hours with my "big" baby. Then, Saturday night Daddy, Grant & I made a bunny cake that Grant had been looking forward to making for over a month. Grant had so much fun decorating the bunny and was excited to share it with Grandma and PaPa, but when I went to look at it after church it was covered in ants!!! I was more disappointed than Grant (he still had a whole Easter basket full of candy, what did he care, right?). But, the ant problem is being taken care of as I type. Hopefully that will NEVER happen again!

Grant with his egg. By the way, he was done in about 5 minutes, while Brent & I worked hard on ours!
All done & ready for the Easter Bunny.
Grant's pre-movie Rio Happy Meal.
The movie was so crowed that we had to sit on the 3rd row. Didn't bother him one bit!
The bunny cake- pre disaster.
Our loot from the Easter bunny.
6:30a.m. & ready for candy! He decided to open his new race car & then go for a Cadbury egg that was left just for Mommy!
Colter & Hayden show off their new bunnies & book.

All 3 are looking & smiling!
Ready for church.
Grant hunting eggs in our yard.
It's either a silly face or him not looking at the camera....
.....see what I mean. Thanks Hayden for smiling.
Sweet Hayden
Colter had enough of the grass.
We enjoyed having Grandma & Pa Pa over for Easter (even though G is crying. Finding boiled eggs instead of plastic eggs filled with candy is supposedly not as fun).
Happy Easter from the Kings!!!
