For those of you who know me well, you might fall over when you see how short his hair is! Yes, I am the mom who nearly died when they tried to cut his curls off- I fought that battle for a while, but each shorter hair cut I like more & more. Really, we cut his hair so short because he sweats so bad (& the hot weather isn't even here yet!). I used to say I wouldn't even consider cutting his hair until he turned 3. Could you imagine? He would have hair half way down his back by now! Oh well, I guess there is still hope for me for pretty long hair (sorry Hayden & Colter).
Probably the last time his hair was this short. This pic was taken almost exactly 3 years ago. It's funny how much he has changed, but also not at all!
By the way, he loved getting his hair cut. I guess when you're 3 it's fun to stare at yourself in the mirror.Towards the end he was giggling as he was sticking out his tongue! Plus, he insisted on getting a shampoo, not just a rinse. The girls there were ready to take him home- something to remember next temper tantrum-however, he was just in it for the lollipop!
